🖼 What type of paper are posters printed on?
We print on 300gsm matt coated paper .
It is a thick, smooth and resistant paper, perfect for enhancing the colours and details of our football-themed graphics.
📏 What size are you?
We offer two standard formats:
- 30 × 40 cm
- 50 × 70 cm
Choose the one you prefer directly on the product page.
🖌 Can I customize a poster?
Not yet... but we're working on it!
Personalization (names, numbers, etc.) will be available soon. Follow us on Instagram @ultraeststudio for updates or sign up for our newsletter.
🚚 How much does shipping cost? And how long does it take?
- Italy: €6.90
- Free for orders over €75
📦 Delivery times:
We usually ship within 5–7 business days , but during busy periods (such as new poster launches, promotions, holidays or days with important matches, derbies or finals ) times may be slightly longer.
In any case, you'll receive an email as soon as your order is shipped – so you can track it at any time.
🔄 Can I return a poster?
Of course! You have 14 days to change your mind. The poster must be:
- intact
- unframed or damaged
- in the original packaging
Write to us at resi @ ultraeststudio.com to initiate the return.
💡 Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
⚠️ Personalized posters (when available) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
😔 My poster arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- the order number
- a clear photo of the damage
We will send you a new poster at no additional cost.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are protected by secure encryption.
